The founder of Weinbaum P.A., Ms. Weinbaum is a former Assistant Attorney General, of the Criminal Appeals Division, who has worked on many criminal appeals in the Florida Appellate Courts. Ms. Weinbaum has also volunteered as a Special Assistant Public Defender for the Public Defender's Office, Criminal Appeals Division and she was previously appointed as a conflict attorney for criminal appeals and juvenile appeals by the 17th Circuit. Ms. Weinbaum is also a former law clerk of a judge that presided over criminal matters and former litigation attorney.
