Weinbaum P.A. provides appellate assistance to Florida attorneys in the trial courts or litigation support with an appellate perspective to Florida attorneys in the trial courts with regards to criminal and civil legal matters. These services include, but is not limited to, assisting trial counsel with strategy, researching key areas of the law, preserving issues for appeal, which includes drafting pre-trial motions, post-trial motions, responses and more. Weinbaum P.A. offers these services: 1) on a subscription basis, and 2) on demand basis.

Work with one dedicated attorney
Minimum deposit of 10 hours per month [$2,250 per month]
Reduced hourly rate of $225 per hour.
30 days advance notice of cancellation
Any time that is above the 10 hours minimum will be charged at the reduced hourly rate of $225 per hour.
This package is based on a standard turn-around time [which varies depending on the complexity of the project and the attorney’s availability]
This package does not include rush service.
If you need rush service [72 hours or less] then you will be charged for those hours at the firm’s reduced rush rate of $275 per hour

Work with one dedicated attorney
Minimum deposit of 25 hours per month [$5,000 per month]
Reduced hourly rate of $200 per hour.
60 days advance notice of cancellation
Any time that is above 25 hours minimum will be charged at the reduced hourly rate of $200 per hour.
This package is based on a standard turn-around time [which varies depending on the complexity of the project and the attorney’s availability]
This package does not include rush service.
If you need rush service [72 hours or less] then you will be charged for those hours at the firm’s reduced rush rate of $250 per hour

Reduced hourly rate of $175 per hour.
90 days advance notice of cancellation
Any time that is above 50 hours minimum will be charged at the reduced hourly rate of $175 per hour.
